Plots and Pours

Plots and Pours was founded to amplify the voices of Black independent authors while building meaningful connections between authors and readers. What started as a seed planted in a dream from the Lord has blossomed into something beautiful!

Next year’s event will take place March 5th–6th, 2027, in Houston, Texas, with a 2000s/Y2K theme. Friday will be our mixer, Freestyle Friday, and Saturday will be the book expo, 106 & Romance. With 30+ authors, vendors, games, curated experiences, and more, P&P is a guaranteed place to be!
