Refund policy

By purchasing a Plots & Pours ticket, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms:

All Plots & Pours ticket sales are final and completely non-refundable. Proceeds from ticket sales are used toward venue contracts, security, staffing, insurance, decorations, and other expenses incurred in preparation for the event. For this reason, refunds and cancellations cannot be provided under any circumstances.

This policy applies regardless of the reason you are unable to attend, including, but not limited to:

— Personal conflicts
— Illness
— Family emergencies
— Travel delays or transportation issues
— Weather conditions
— Employment or schedule changes
— Financial difficulties
— Any other circumstance that prevents attendance

Ticket transfers may be permitted, but they must be approved in advance through the official Plots & Pours Facebook group or by email. A ticket transfer is not considered valid until approval has been provided.

You also understand that the announced author, vendor, speaker, or special guest lineup is subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control. Lineup changes do not qualify the purchaser for a refund.
